Returns & Exchanges

At Lethal Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original metallic or cardboard packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
